Glass Raw Materials

The main raw materials of the company are: quartz sand, dolomite, limestone, aluminium hydroxide, sodium pyroantimonate.


Photovoltaic glass

Ultra-white photovoltaic glass is mainly used as cover glass for crystalline silicon solar cell panels, which has the advantages of low iron content, high transmittance, high flatness, high mechanical strength, low self-explosion rate, resistance to weathering, impact resistance and so on.  
(1) Glass thickness: 1.6mm~4.0mm, conventional thickness: 1.6mm/2.0mm/3.2mm/4.0mm.
(2) Maximum glass size: 1298mm*2500mm, minimum glass size: 80mm*80mm.
(3) Solar transmittance: ≥91.5;


Photovoltaic module

Polycrystalline modules use cell cut-in-half technology, high conversion efficiency to effectively increase the capacity of the power station, reduce construction costs, and bring customers a higher return on investment; the products have passed the testing and certification of international and domestic authoritative institutions such as TUV Rheinland, TUV NORD, and CQC; the soon-to-be-introduced large-size, multi-master grid and high-density encapsulation technology will further enhance the product's output power and conversion efficiency Higher power generation, safer, more reliable, and more environmentally friendly than traditional full-piece modules; Double-sided glass design effectively blocks water vapour infiltration, prevents snail grain from occurring, and enhances the module's ability to resist hidden cracks.


Photovoltaic engineering

Photovoltaic engineering is based on the photovoltaic effect, the use of solar cells to convert solar energy directly into electrical energy. Regardless of independent use or grid-connected power generation, photovoltaic power generation system mainly consists of solar panels (modules), controllers and inverters of three major components, which are mainly composed of electronic components, does not involve mechanical parts, so the photovoltaic power generation equipment is extremely refined, reliable, stable and long-life, easy to install and maintain.
